Robert Gierer, Officier Maître Sommelier of the Lake Constance Association, has perfected this art: Distilling has been a tradition for four generations on his orchard in Bodolz near Lindau. His premium brandies are renowned far beyond the shores of Lake Constance and delight discerning palates. Among the enthusiastic admirers of Gierer's distillates are several Michelin-starred restaurants between Lindau and Sylt. Gierer's specialties have also been served in the Lufthansa First Class Lounge for many years.
