At the "Eagles Charity" golf tournament in Owingen, numerous celebrities from sports and show business sampled the brandies and gave them their seal of approval, including boxing star Axel Schulz. Fruit grower Robert Gierer from Bodolz transforms more than 20 varieties of fruit into specialties that are not only served at the gourmet restaurant Villino in Lindau. Even celebrity chef Alfons Schubeck recommends them to guests at his restaurant. As a result, Robert Gierer is increasingly being invited to present his brandies at celebrity events. The most recent example is the charity golf tournament of the "Eagle Charity Golf Club." This club has exclusively celebrity members and thus attracts sponsors who support important projects with their contributions. This time, the proceeds of around €25,000 benefited the Michael Stich Foundation and a project by actor Charles Huber, who is committed to providing aid to Africa. And what's it like when people like former football star Karl-Heinz Riedle, CDU politician Laurenz Mayer, Olympic champion Lars Riedel, and all the other celebrities heap so much praise on the products from Lake Constance? "Of course, I'm delighted. They certainly know what's good," says Robert Gierer confidently, proud to be becoming a kind of ambassador for Lake Constance in the world of celebrities with his products.
