Ingredients for the salad:

2 handfuls of lamb's lettuce or baby spinach

1 ripe pear, cut into thin wedges

½ ripe mango, diced

1 small red onion (optional), cut into thin rings

30 g walnuts or cashew nuts, roughly chopped

Optional: Goat cheese or feta
Ingredients for the dressing:

2 tbsp Crema Williams

1 tsp mango mustard

3 tablespoons mild olive oil or walnut oil

½ tsp honey (optional, depending on the ripeness of the fruit)

Salt and pepper to taste

Wash and spin-dry the lettuce. Prepare the pear, mango, and onion. Thoroughly mix or shake the dressing ingredients in a screw-top jar or bowl. Arrange the lettuce on plates and top with the mango, pear, and onion. Sprinkle with nuts. Drizzle with the Williams pear-mango dressing and, if desired, finish with a little goat cheese.
