Veal fillet with crema reduction

Ingredients:

  • Veal fillet

  • Butter, rosemary, garlic

  • Salt & pepper

  • Crema Classica

Preparation:

Sear veal fillet in butter with rosemary and garlic. Let the meat rest. Deglaze the pan with a little Crema Classica and reduce briefly. Slice the meat and serve with the sauce.
