Ingredients:
- Ripe tomatoes (a colorful mix, e.g., oxheart, yellow, green)
- Burrata or mozzarella
- Fresh basil
- Sea salt & black pepper
- Gierer Olive Oil Toscana IGP
- Crema Classica
Preparation:
Slice the tomatoes thinly and arrange them on a plate. Tear the burrata into pieces and scatter it over the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, crema classica, salt, pepper, and basil.
