Classic tomato carpaccio with crema classica

Ingredients:

  • Ripe tomatoes (a colorful mix, e.g., oxheart, yellow, green)
  • Burrata or mozzarella
  • Fresh basil
  • Sea salt & black pepper
  • Gierer Olive Oil Toscana IGP
  • Crema Classica

Preparation:

Slice the tomatoes thinly and arrange them on a plate. Tear the burrata into pieces and scatter it over the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, crema classica, salt, pepper, and basil.
