Kürbisravioli mit Haselnuss-Essigbutter

Pumpkin ravioli with hazelnut vinegar butter

Ingredients:

  • Fresh pumpkin ravioli (or tortellini)

  • butter

  • 1 tbsp Hazelnut Cream

  • Chopped hazelnuts

  • Fresh thyme

  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Preparation:
Cook the ravioli. Melt the butter, toast the thyme and hazelnuts, then stir in the hazelnut spread. Toss the ravioli in the sauce – perfect as an autumn dish or appetizer.
