Ingredients:

  • Pork tenderloin medallions

  • Fresh pear wedges

  • thyme

  • butter

  • Crema Williams

Preparation:
Sear the fillets, lightly caramelize the pears in butter and thyme. Arrange everything together and finish with Crema Williams.
