Lamb's lettuce or endive salad

Roasted walnuts or hazelnuts

Blue cheese or goat cheese

1 tbsp Hazelnut Cream

3 tbsp Gierer Olive Oil Toscana IGP

Preparation:
Arrange the salad and pear, sprinkle with cheese and nuts. Whisk together the hazelnut cream dressing, olive oil, salt & pepper – pour over the salad; it will release a warm, nutty aroma.
